Hi folks,
I'm new to the forum and am enjoying all of the information available. I'm looking to purchase either a Domke F2 or Billingham 445. The equipment that I'm trying to put in the bag include an ungripped body, plus: 10-22, 24-70, 70-200 2.8 IS USM, and the 100-400, all with hoods. I'm concerned that the inserts in either of these systems will not be large enough to accomodate these lenses without significant bulging. I'm leaning towards the Billingham bag for its (supposedly) superior construction and weather resistance, but Jon's posts on Domke bags indicate that the Domke 720-230 insert best fits these large lenses with hoods. Has anyone tried putting the Domke inserts into the Billingham bag? Does anyone have experience with lenses of this size and the Billingham inserts? It seems to me that Billingham's unevenly-sized inserts would leave wasted room in the bag if the smaller size isn't large enough for another lens. Thanks for any help!
Dan
