Can anyone tell me the difference between the alien bee vagabond 1 & 2? I have a chance to pick up a vagabond 1 and I'm wondering if its worth doing?

In #1 you have to use that grounding rod. I would spend the money and get V2.

I think there are way more differences than just the grounding rod, but I could be wrong. I did a quick search and can't find the article or forum post I originally read explaining it... Damn...

It is a different battery and inverter, though... just look at the parts:

There's a reason that PCB is allowing V1 owners to get the V2. Just spend the loot and get the V2.
