I have a picture of a concrete mixing truck and a picture of some paving blocks that I need to turn into a drawing. If the drawings end up being highlihted or just outlined that's ok. Can anyone give me advice the best way to achieve this in cs3? It's for a company logo. Thnx

Have you tried the artistic filters...Sketch>??? (there are several options) ?

You can try the Posterize command in Photoshop. Also the LiveTrace option in Adobe Illustrator will create images similar to what was posted by DDCSD.

We also develop a tool called ToonIt that creates line drawings, comic art, and other effects. You can get more info at: digitalanarchy.com/too​nPS/main.html
