As I understand it, the guy or brothers that started LR really liked Jeeps after WW2, but they couldn't get parts for the one they had so they made their own. There's a pretty neat doc on YT about the founding of LR. -Dane

I have shot landscapes combining a polariser and red filter.. The sky comes out almost black but the clouds still their normal tone.. It's a lot of fun to experiment.. and i still have my Yellow, Orange and Red filters from when i shot film for the newspapers... -im just trying. sometimes i succeed

May 15, 2018 12:38 | #2307 I shot and developed a roll of Cinestill BWXX in my Canon Elan IIe yesterday to see if I would like it and whether or not I would take any to Ghana with me on my next trip. So far I like it and the price is pretty much the same as the Delta 400 I usually shoot. I developed it in Kodak HC-110 (b) for 5 minutes at 20c. The negatives didn't dry as flat as my Ilford negatives, but they were still pretty easy to scan. Image hosted by forum (913706) © Britania757 [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. It's really easy, especially black and white film. I learned by watching videos on Youtube. My next step will be learning how to make prints. I even made a video on how I develop my bw film.

Awesome, I'll check it out when I get some time to really pay attention. I've got 21 rolls of exposed film sitting on my shelf....Lol. Developing is certainly on my 'to do' list, no doubt. I also dug out my old Pocketwizards and flashes the other day, too. I need to learn how to actually use those. So much to learn, and never enough time! -Dane
