I find that exposing it at 250 gives the best results, but shooting it at 400 is acceptable too. I've yet to try 100 but I'll give it a shot next time I pickup some rolls. Yeah, I read online that 400 speed Fomapan was closer to a 200 speed film. I shot a roll of Fomapan 400 as well and ended up metering for 250asa. So far my only complaint with Fomapan is the negative is so thin that I had trouble figuring out if it was the backing paper or the film in my hand when putting it on the reel.
