I’m thinking that’s a Citroen 2CV. Kind of a Model T for France, except later in the century.

Have no clue what it is, but the first thing I thought was small block chevy.......hahaha

I just saw an old blue Citroën driving down Lakeshore drive yesterday in Chicago. I sold a few cameras this week in order to reduce some of my collection. I'll probably be selling more in the near future. I did however pick up a Leica M2 this morning from Tamarkin Camera. I'll be using one body one lens and no light meter for a year so I figured this was the perfect camera to try it with. So far, I love it.

.

You must be a lot better at reading light than me. Good luck! How’s that son doing, haven’t seen many pictures of him lately.

Thanks! I've definitely gotten better at being able to read the light in order to determine my camera settings. I'm still in that stage where I second guess myself at times. That being said, it gets easier by the day. I've been doing it for months now. Even when I don't have my camera, I'll still guess at what settings I would use and then I'll pull out my phone and use a light meter app to see how close I am. Roman is doing really good. This is the first image I took with the Leica. I made sure he was the first thing I photographed lol.

He sure seems to be a very studious child from your photos. My younger granddaughter was like that. She would sit and study things with her eyes for the longest time.

Yes, Roman notices things all the time. The funny thing is he points to it and makes sure I see it too. Then I have to stop what I'm doing to explain it to him lol. He was looking at sunlight that was being reflected onto the ceiling from a small mirror near the window. I showed him the mirror and how it caused the reflection. After that he kept going in the room to move the mirror and looking at the ceiling.

That’s quite a little pond y’all got in your backyard! I’ve seen all of them except Ontario when I lived in Ann Arbor 100 or so years ago.

Canon AE-1, Kentmere 100, Caffenol. I think I warped the negative in the first picture as I was loading it on the reel. The film jumped out as I was nearing the end, I had to do some serious pushing and pulling to get it back on the reel. Either that or a light leak.

Roosevelt Bridge over Lake Texoma, between Kingston and Durant, OK. They were doing some inspections on the bridge. That sure would make a good party barge!!
