Your child is free to join the clan if that happens. You're either born a ninja or not.

Personally speaking, when I was born my mother couldn't find me for days.

What makes you think she was looking?

Why else would Chrissy's newbie-soon-to-be-a-Canon-user babe-in-arms be born in a little red suit? Unless she's got a thing for Father Christmas?

Her timing would have to be good. He only comes once a year.

When the baby arrives, we'll have to check out his/her "Ho, ho, ho!"

My problem is, I look like Father Christmas: big, fat, bushy white beard, etc. But I don't do "jolly" very well, and my "ho, ho, ho" sounds more like the Green Giant.

That's it. Me too, BTW.

EDIT: oh, yeah - don't forget the cats. Emily just now jumped up for a nice skritch on the head and is now standing on my printer looking out the window. Hope she doesn't jump - we're on the second floor...

I really hate having to disagree with you "older" gentlemen, but there's no way your wives are even close to mine in the "beauty" department!
Makes me almost feel guilty....but not quite!
;)

Since "wife beauty" is a totally subjective phenomenon, it would be both useless and foolish to argue.

I just pity the man who doesn't feel his wife is the best, nicest, and most beautiful. I mean, if one feels that way, then what's the point of being married?

And for those of you less-than-humble ones out there who think your spouse is an idiot while your own feces is non-odorous, remember always the obvious!

You
picked them! If they truly are idiots, it's your judgment that was at fault, not theirs.

100% in agreement!!

Especially on that second paragraph. But then, I'm not married any more. :D *insert dancing smilie here*

For a moment there, I was worried you actually took my comment seriously, Roger!
Of course, until my last breath, my wife will be the only beauty on the planet...and any man who doesn't understand that about their own lady - well, I feel sorry for them.
[Insert smug smilie]

EDIT:
Has anyone noticed that "beer" is the inthe lead by a looooong margin?
Hilarious.
Simply, hilarious.

It's just like the story of the four cow bride!! I'd tell it, but I'm not good at story telling and I have to leave to catch a dive boat.

I'm on vacation. :)
