Band Promo shot C&C

If you carry a camera long enough, somebody in a band will want you to take some shots of them. I've never shot a band before, but this is one of the ideas that I'm giving to them.

Any comments or critique from the band shooters?

I like the pose here it show everybody emotions. Lighting looks good. I'm not crazy about the hard shadows.

nice pp but I don't like the wall/background (cgi ?)

i really like it, the PP looks good to me, mind you im no expert but thats usually better because the majority of people arent. the only thing i dont like is that the one guy is wearing a G'n'R shirt. thats just personal preference though because i dont think a band should wear another bands logo for their own promo.
so is the brick work real?

The image is a composite. All the subjects were shot individually on a white seamless background, removed and placed against an image of a real wall taken from a free textures website. No CGI.

I thought it was strange showing up with a GnR shirt, but this was my first time doing a band shot.

Nice shot, and love the background. It just seems to work for me.

As for band shoots, a lot of the live concerts I've been to, they always wear another band's shirt.

I like the pose....but not convinced with the wall in the background
