My vista computer does not want to see my printer. After reinstalling the drivers the computer shows the printer twice but will not print. The printer works fine on my XP system. It did work at one time.
Any suggestions?

Jul 12, 2009 15:06 | #3 Uninstall all instances of your printer then unhook (just pull the USB line out) and restart your computer. Plug your printer back in and after it has installed the drivers try to print something.
