Anyone has this problem with their Thinktank strap?

I am experiencing a small problem with the curved strap that came with my UD50 . The bag was lightly used and I would say I am not harsh on bags at all. Anyone else has this problem and how do you deal with it? Thanks!

Umm, did you ask them?

They have a great return policy. I'd imagine that they would just send you a new one in a heartbeat.

Think Tank is a great company to work with.
It you express your concern to them, I am sure they will simply replace the defective part.
