Thanks to the host of this website and all who contribute. I purchased the Rebel XT with the "kit" lens and abolutely HATED IT! I own a G1 and the trusty G1 took far superior pictures compared to my new camera. So, I found this site, did my due diligence and read everything I could and ended up with the Sigma 70-200 lens. I wanted this lens to shoot basketball. I took the camera "on the road" last week and "shot" these horses. What can I say? I LOVE my new lens. Your comments are appreciated..... Richard

Two great shots, three lovely animals. I tis a great forum isn't it. But beware membership is very expensive especially if you get the "L" bug.
