Haven't posted in here in a long time.

image 1&2 - no face no emotion, would not put in the keepers

Image #3 I would crop into the image, BG very distracting

Image #4 Best image of the series, see face and emotion. touch over exposed.

Image #5 Crop into the image BG distracting

Image #6 Best image for exposer. not a bad image, less DOF would be good.

Well, you are on the right track, but remember most sports images you want emotion... and what shows emotion is shooting faces... your images lack emotion and faces. I would also open your lens more and reduce the distractions of the background.

I think 4 & 6 are you're best photos.

Hey Gord, how ya doing. I know about the emotion and faces but it was a tough day at the field. All the good peak action moments occurred with their backs to me or way on the other side of the field. Not a single catch was facing me. #4 is the best of the series and the only one submitted to the paper and they ran it. http://mississauga.com …rs-face-playoff-do-or-die
