We went into extra innings, they got a run and then we were up. One guy got on, the next guy got out. Then the guy batting in front of me (different guy tonight) drilled one over the center field fence. Score was 12-11. Second game we beat the other team by 12 runs. Third game was a little closer, but we won fairly handily (by 6). Fourth game was the beginning of the championship game. The other team hadn't lost int he tourney, so we had to beat them twice. We won the first game by 4. They came out hot in the second game. They were up by 14 after 3 innings. They had a big fourth inning, and were up 22-3 in the 5th inning. We scored seven runs in our half of the 5th inning, but there is a 10 run mercy rule so we lost the game. We just ran out of gas. We literally had 4 guys playing with pulled hamstrings. One guy was so bad (the same guy that hit the big homer last night) that he about got thrown out from left field, but he still hit 6 of 8 after the injury. The other 3 guys could run, but it was really more of a brisk jog and they couldn't make any cuts. Great season though, and great bunch of guys. Anyways, back to the smack talk!

My buds and I are still playing hockey, but we gave up ball a few years back. Too many rips, pulls and strains. I miss it - lots of laffs - especially the smack talk on your own teammates. That was the best. Cheers ! Thanks! I'm a hurting unit, but I feel better than I though I would this morning. Long couple of weeks of games, and I think I did something to my achilles tendon about a month ago. Its been pretty sore for 4-5 days after our games. It'll be nice to be able to heal up a for a while. Derek

A punter actually hit the scoreboard in the new stadium tonight, but I'm not sure why. He was at his own 30 and punting it straight up. On the next kick he actually went more for distance than height and got a good punt off. Stupid kickers trying to make a highlight real by acting the fool.

It looks clean and I don't think I broke anything. This is the first time my sensor has been cleaned. (20D) I did my MkIIn a couple of weeks ago, I had blobs showing up at f/7.1.
Squeaky clean at f/22 after only two passes. (OK, there's still one small spot that is barely noticeable, but I can live with it until the next cleaning.)
Highly recommended the Copperhill method. Derek
