Wild BC Bison

While on our road trip thru BC Canada we came across a surprising amount of Bison. Here are some of my fav shot of Bison from that trip

The first ones we came across were a few solitary bulls along side the road.

as you can see, they were NOT acticve and you could get closer then you wanted to get...

A few hundred yards down the road we came across the rest of the herd

it was spring, so every animal we saw had young ones with them as well
