The only thing I don't like is the halos from the pp. Also, in the last shot, the horizon is tilted. Also, I personally don't mind high contrast pictures, I however don't like low contrast/hazy pictures.

Dust spots, dust spots, some of the worst I have seen, the pictures are great other then that,

yes, the halos need to go. unfortunately, it was a hazy day to begin with. other than shooting on a clearer day, any suggestion on how to get rid of the haze?

I just played with curves in photoshop. Here's my sloppy attempt.

I've yet to find a way to get rid of those halos.

And that dust is probably not on your lens(unless it's on the back lens), it's dust on your sensor.

Can you point out the dust spots, I am totally not seeing them, uinless its on the shiney building.... Yes very halo ish.... is it because you are oversharpening them?
