Was at the beach show in Pensacola, Fl at the weekend. And got some shots to share:

My favourite is 4, but its degraded a bit with the upload to flickr.

All with my 450D and 100-400 (first airshow with a SLR)

Love #1. Did you try to up the exposure on #4? Looks a bit dark to me.

Yep - was also very hazy/humid so couldn't get many clear longer shots. But an airshow at a beach is great - especially when the F/A-18 has to climb to make it over a pier (no photo - was just watching and enjoying at that point). Downside is traffic - definitely not setup for large car numbers at Pensacola beach.

I would have loved to get a shot with all 6 in a row, but I was in the wrong place compared to show center for that. Try again next year (or the November show at the base). Very happy with what I got though. I have a sequence of about 5 shots (this being in the middle) where the spacing seems to change due to the change in my perspective as they fly by.

I haven't done much to any of them - pretty much off the camera except for 3 which I cropped (to get rid of someones head that I didn't notice when taking the shot). Still learning the PP side of the world.
