Open control panel and select "region and language". You can change the settings in there.

@ Mike - regional settings do not always set the 'keyboard' correctly, thats Amerocentric MS for you I am afraid ;)

Right I've had another play with it but I'm still not happy but some of that maybe due to my monitor as it is very dark.

When you install Vista, there is an option to change this prior to the main part of the installation routine. I guess Mike must have missed it ;)

Vista was pre-installed so I didn't have a choice. :p

I had to reinstall the graphics card drivers though as they weren't properly installed. :rolleyes:

Looking nice now tho.

You can set up lanuage etc and which lanuages you install when you install xp and vista in the options when you are installing American being the default.
