Having looked on the ticket it makes no mention on an appeals process it just says pay up or we'll take you to court and fine you even more.

Unfortunately court is the appeal process, you can always write the address on the ticket and see what they say. I have had parking tickets overturned before without having to go to court. I would include a letter from the other person as well.

If you have the witness and they threaten to take you to court give it a run, they don't automatically take a police officers word, believe me I know. If there was only one officer I doubt CPS would even take it to court ( imo ).

Laurence they are terrible shots ( wife's camera ) but they show the difference in size. I will definitely be taking the larger one.
