I switched to Sky after my last provider (who gave no indication of maximum download limits) complained and throttled all my net use after I downloaded 80GB in a month (20GB in Steam and 60GB of iPlayer and 4OD). I've normally got a fair idea of what I'm doing, and I know I am a heavy user. Problem is many people go for the cheapest option with no concept of how much data just one episode on iPlayer is (despite them stating the size).

Yeah.... Hitting YouTube and iPlayer does suck up a huge amount of bandwidth. It's one of those hidden evils...

And being a regular on a photography forum... :D

It's scary how large an average web page can be now, the browser on my phone displays the amount of data downloaded for each page, a lot of modern forums even without many large images can be a 1MB download these days. That's per page. Not much of the web is 56k friendly any more.

It slightly annoys me that I've take a few acceptable shots after the submission period had ended....

There's always the 2010 book :)

Oh, thanks mate, I'll take one of each! ;):p

With the lateness of this book it will be interesting to see when the next round of submissions open, I doubt it will be too soon so it could be a 2010-2011 book.

Happy Monday folks,

I hope everyone is good? had another early morning trip to Richmond Park on Saturday, not sure if you guys go or have been but it's gonna be well worth a visit (if you like animals) in a couple of weeks, some already impressive Stags strutting around and making some scary bloomin noises!

Nice shots, it's on my 'to do' list, but with only 105mm of zoom it'll be a while yet!

Hey Matt, we must have seen different forecasts, as I saw that we would just miss it....

The industrial mecca that is Pyestock NGTE, a truly enormous site, our objective to get a peek at test cells 3 & 4..........

The approach road to the cells..............the photos do not really get across the size of the pipes, but those blue ones must easily be 8-10ft diameter.
