That is a really good one, self portrait for when you next exhibit, it will go down well with the arty types;)

Happy Monday folks,

I hope everyone is good? had another early morning trip to Richmond Park on Saturday, not sure if you guys go or have been but it's gonna be well worth a visit (if you like animals) in a couple of weeks, some already impressive Stags strutting around and making some scary bloomin noises!

will hopefully be able to post some rutting shots in a few weeks!

Great shots, I am hoping to go a few days next week so hopefully get some dry weather and rutting. Where abouts did you take yours? The first one is really good.

Yes, home, dry clothes and mug of coffee. Being a drowned rat made me go via home via an army surplus store so I have a gucci camouflage jacket for the next outing. Going through the photos now..It could have been called a stobist meet with the amount of flash work we did!!

On a different note would anyone be interested in going to Canon HQ at Reigate on Wednesday December 9th. I subscribe to dsluser magazine and they have been having a club competition. The prizes will be be given out on the night, more importantly you get to play with canon products with advise from canon experts, details here (external link)
I have taken a bit of a liberty ( sorry Chris ), to register for five places you have to belong to a club and register you interest. The only sort of club I belong to is the SE thread, problem is I can't quite remember what I put on the form, it was something along the lines of POTN south east club ( wanted to keep it clean ). I have to provide the names of those who are going. If anyone is interested pm me and if there are more than five it will be names out of a hat. I didn't actually think I would get any places ( eternal pessimist )

If they run the competition next year it would be worth entering, prize is £3000 which has to be spent on Canon products and it might be a bit of fun.

Cool, sounds like a good idea. I'm sure the definition of a club is regular meets and you can prove that so you're good to go :)

I'm thinking a Saturday or Sunday am?

When are you guys off to Donny Nook? I'm away for half term week in October 23rd - 30th .. So either 17th or 18th Oct or Beginning of November?
