I've got a 24" Iiyama on my gamin PC, which is about the right size, any larger and you'd need to sit further back to take it all in.

Funnily enough, that is the brand I am considering! This one is the upgrade option on the mesh setup I'm looking at, only an extra 30 quid to upgrade.

See if you can get the B series, has a better panel than the E series and only a handful of quid more. I've got the B2403WS.

I'm not given that option - leaving off the monitor only saves £100 on the price so I'm better off getting what they are offering.

Yeah, I think so. Mrs G seems OK with the price - about £850 all in for AMD 3.2ghz quad core, 8 gig ram, 24" HD monitor, 2x500GB hdd and free win7 upgrade when released. Only thing I didn't get was MS Office as it's cheaper elsewhere. I think the price is good for what you get and I'll never have to sit at a slow computer ever again for pp work! I may even get my holiday photos finished!
