I have made the assumption (uh oh) that the DPP version that happily opens my 40D & 1D mkII RAW files would do the same job on the G10 RAWs - looks like I'm gonna need an upgrade! better go get the box!

Cheers!

version is normally under the help menu then "About"

I use a Sat Nav and have always said to anyone that asks that you should have some clue/idea as where you are & where you wish it to get you to but that story comes as no surprise

That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans :p

I think some people get lazy, but when you use Sat Navs constantly, say as a delivery driver or taxi driver, I agree it is possible to experience these mistakes. Surely, the day tripper should check though.

Credit to you Teshi, you've come a long way from the Canon 400D facebook group - you were a god to those people! :D

Heh, well it was a good group and moved on from there. The 5D group was pretty snobby and boring though.

I thought it was interesting how even though people upgraded cameras they still came back to the ol' 400D group... a much better vibe all round, and a lot less up snobby!

as for posts there are some people who contribute a hell of a lot to this forum - all the better for us noobs!

Hey everyone! Been a while again.

Letting you know I'm back from my trip, safe, and happy.

And biggest news of all, I have a working laptop again. 6 weeks it took for Acer to repair! Not good!

Shall be posting/blogging/facebooking tons of images over the next few weeks before I start work.

Anything important I missed out in the past 3 weeks? Birthdays/weddings/newborns? Congratulations you lot! Oh and I see Adam has a new flat in Greenhithe.. so if he's posting here still, congrats ;)
