antique in LR2?

Is there anyway to get some type of antique look in LR2 without using Photoshop or a preset LR2 has already provided? I've researched what the background/template designer Michele Black is doing, but she doesn't offer anything in this vein yet.

Love to hear any and all thoughts.;)

Camiel Schoonens has some very nice antique presets for Lightroom here..
