The photo is OOF and would have gone to my trash if it was mine. I do not bother keeping OOF images, I would rather try again.
My advice will be to try that shot again with a friend as it is a nice concept. This time use better light (sunset/sunrise or close to it) and set yourself up before hand to get better composition.
But I presume this was a spur of the moment shot and in that sense I think it is pretty cool.

I think the background is fine, but the girl is out of focus. If she was sharp, and the background the same, I think it would be a great shot.
