Wow, that is a sweet pic. Looks like something you would see in an animated movie. I think the crop needs to be slightly to the right. The center of the two bridges should be the center of your shot (IMO), and it's slightly to the right of the center of the picture. Otherwise, beautiful shot.

More then likely lens flare off of the street lights.

Why could you not straighten it yourself?

It is a really simple thing to do in most photo editing packages. What do you use to process your pics, it may be better to tell you how to do it rather than do it for you.

Nice image.

May I suggest that you try a version with the converging verticals corrected? It might work, or not, but it's worth a shot and very simple to do.
