Found this bird at Buckleys Hole Bribie Island. Finding it difficult to get close enough with my 55-250 lens. But he posed just long enough for me to get a couple of pics.:)

no clue we dont get anything exotic like that, looks like a rainbow bird :) great picture of a very pretty bird

It's a bee eater of some sort. there are a lot of them.
