I am thinking i'm going to pick up one of these new quara systems but I have heard that they dont come with a protective cap to cover the flash tube.

I simply cannot figure out why they could have omitted such a basic basic feature. In fact not even a feature , its a necessity unless you want to travel with the gear in a pelican case.

Is this really true? Can anyone who has one comment ? Do you have a solution?
