I haven't contributed any shots here in a while, so...

This was pretty recent. The birds come pretty close at this National Willdife Refuge so I had my 500 f/4 as well as the 100-400mm zoom on hand to cover all bird encounters.

Thanks Arty and Steve - I got the 100-400 specifically for handholding and flight shots just because it's a little easier to whip around than the 500. Took me a lot of outtakes and warm-up shots to get in tune with this Tern's flight pattern.
