I'm not usually much of a "people" person, so this was unknown waters for me.

1D Mk II N with a 24-70L and Sigma Super 500 flash provided fillin. A touch of post processing was used to lighten her face just little.

Here, it was a shame about the shadow of the umbrella and probably a little too much flash (a diffuser would have made it perfect). But I was happy with the composition.

Interesting to see the difference in expression here between the girl and the rider. Both looking in the same direction, both having completely different thoughts in their heads...

No processing needed here, the flash worked perfectly.

Maybe crop/clone out the half of a bike at right, and fat guy filming in the background left?

Any time you have the opportunity to photograph a blond in spandex (without getting your eye balls slapped clean out of their sockets) GO FOR IT!!!

These are promo photographs. The sponsors kind of like to have their logos closely connected to the racing. The girls are nice, but they're there to do a job... :D
