Generally I like to go first thing in the morning or later in the day. During midday, the lighting can be very harsh and difficult to get the exposures you might want. For every hundred views, you'll be lucky to get one comment... That's just the way of the world. S.n.a.f.u. wrote in post #8326350 what a lame forum! I welcome you to it none-the-less... Last two shots are the best IMO... exposures are a little off in the others--in part it's because of the time of day and the strength of the sun. Thanks for sharing, and I hope you will again. I go first thing in the morning when it first opens at 9 am. Wish they opened earlier. Late evening is good too, but I hate dealing with rush hour traffic in the late afternoon. Easy there S.n.a.f.u., don't be too harsh on the members of a respectable forum. Patience is a virtue. As for your submitted photo series, the 6th & 7th shots of the birds are commendable. However, on the other shots exposure/focus could stand some adjustment. Oh, your apology is accepted by the forum...
