Thanks Bubble,
Just passing on some info on this new product from Yongnuo Digital,
I should have mine in about 8 Days, I will then do some testing of it, and do a review of the product on my blog.

Wait a minute... both receiver and transmitter have contact pins for ETTL. Can that be true?

I've seen pictures like such for flash triggers with the ETTL pin alignment.

I asked the seller, and the seller stated there is no ETTL functionality.

I too am confused.
If there's no ETTL functionality, why does the picture show the ETTL pin alignment?

Not to be "that guy", but this feels like an advertisement.

Do you receive any compensation when folks click through the link you provided?

If that's the case, I'd be wary of voltage signals transmitted (or not) through the pins.

mattograph,
I do not make any money from this, I link to it from my site because when the time on the auctions run out, so does the links. That way I can keep them updated with the latest links and new products. How ever I do receive a slight discount when I purchase some items. Most items are tested by me, and then reviewed on my blog, and then given away in my Free Strobist Gear Give Away Thread on flickr.

So no, I do not make any money from this...
In fact I lose money after I give away the discounted item that I purchased.

Look in my flickr free strobist gear give away thread, as I will be giving away a "Lowepro Stealth Reporter D100 AW Digital SLR Camera Bag" tonight at 8pm central time zone. It's the same one from this ebay link http://cgi.ebay.com …BDIX:IT&item=270418281341 (external link)

Many of us post reviews of products here just like Kurbster does.. for informative purposes only.. does that mean we make all money from it?
I have bought few things because of his reviews.

Looks very promising, the feedback looks good. I have a set in the post, so will let you know how I get on.
