Hi, I am wondering what types of lights I would need for indoor photography, I will mainly be taking pictures of clothing in a setting that has a very high ceiling and sometimes it will be just the clothing, others with mannequins and some with actual models. I need an inexpensive and fast way to be able to do this, please don't bash me :) PS. I will be shooting with a 40d with a 580ex II flash.

example of how it's currently turning out

580EX II is a great flash. Get a stand and an umbrella to shoot into. That should be a good starting point. And cheap too!

Well, I started off years ago with Smith-Victor products. Good quality, reasonably priced. You will need a stand, and an adapter that hold the umbrella and flash.
