Great info.. thanks

I find Mpix to be way above Costco Walmart...etc Although the absolute best color and paper is not critical to me I do fee Mpix and Millers offer very close to that. Just my experience and my feedback from clients. Keeping in mind I almost always sale prints 8x10 and smaller and typically sports and performance not portraits or fine art.

Will get my prints from Mpix Pro today and curious to see how they look

I'm waiting on my prints, too, I've used MPIX quite a bit and have only very good results. I only print landscapes and their selection of paper has been fine, especially the Metallic. Some interesting new items at Mpro but probably to contempoary for me.

I did try my local Costco this week and the prints were very nice, will be a good backup.

You're another lucky one. The Costco near me not only screws up the color, but they actually changed the aspect ratio on a large print. You could clearly see the subject in the photo looked like it had been stretched with silly putty, but that seemed to go right over their heads.

And no, mpix never did something like that to me. To be fair, mpix customer service imho has always been superb. They once printed the image size of some 16x20's about a 1/4" larger than the files I submitted. They admitted the error and promptly reprinted and remailed free of charge. I equate mpix's CS with that of B&H, so I assume the new MPro will be as good or better.

Does the MpixPro include the drop ship option like the basic Mpix?

waiting for my prints as well, and the pricing seems to be the same as Mpix. They do seem to offer more products than Mpix though?

Yes, 4x6 are more expensive. Everything else seems to be same. Already place several orders...clients love the next day shipping already!

Have to say I am impressed. I ordered my test pics late Tuesday night, got them today Thursday, they look great and its nice to see my color calibration works. I also got a paper sample swatch book, and a color broucher of all their products, can use it to show customers. It also looks like they are using the Millers silver/gray packaging envelopes, nice touch.

I tried Mpix before and it was horrible, but the Mpixpro has impressed me alot. Its good to have options.

Has anyone figured out what the difference is (on MPIX Pro) between 4x6 prints and 4x6 proofs? They're both printed on Endura without color correction, only one is much cheaper than the other. What's the deal?

BTW, I emailed them this question and their answer is that they are the same product -- the prints just have more possible options.

Ya Mpix has always been fast but Pro is crazy.. I submitted a large order at 1:00 pm and it still shipped same day. Maybe they will slow down as people join but for now its crazy fast...

Thanks for the info.. I'll have to check it out!

When I received my samples, there was a white sticker that said "Welcome t mpixpro(or whatever)" holding the big envelope together.... will that be on there if it's dropshipped to the customer?
