You don't sound like a Russian telemarketer...you have a very nice voice....but what I think Ronnie was trying to say is that English is not your first language. Sometimes he does say some strange stuff!

I can guess. It's difficult since "Cow" is such a living and elastic language. The Australian version would, no doubt, be morphed with an Aboriginal dialect. Something like, "MooO'oaho" That's just a guess. I'm guessing that Googling this wouldn't turn out so well.
