Actually, I bought new work uniforms last week... one size smaller than the last set. I am making progress, even if it is slow.
That's really great Maureen. It is hard to lose so how cool to be in a new size!!

That's what my husband keeps telling me....we'll just see how it pans out. For now, I'm pretty much sore right up to the next work out (joy) and missing chocolate 
I won't quit Wool. I need to lose it, to help my hip so I'm determined. Plus, I'm tired of being exhausted after a day's hike...this should eventually help with that too.
