I was afraid that I might get stuck there, so I thought I might get a quicky response here. But The SEARCH Button is My Friend! The Site

That is the feature I like most - 4lbs more? meh, none of my gear is that big -- but the seperate pan control is really nice for landscapes and panning...

Y'all might remember me asking about Siberian cats a couple of weeks ago. We found a breeder up in Nuevo (which is maybe a 20-25 minute drive from where we live) that had some kittens. We stopped by there one evening so that I could see if I would survive or swell up and roll around on the ground gasping. I survived the trip without incident, amazed that I wasn't reacting to those cats. Needless to say now that we got the cat (picked her up on Monday). She's a tiny little thing..more fur than anything. She was pretty scared the first day or so, but has started turning into an attention freak. She's been sequestered in one area of the house all week, and I think we'll open up the rest of the house to her maybe this weekend. If Alyssa isn't posting here, it's because she's either doing chores, practicing music, or now playing with the cat. ![]() -- John

That is kinda the plan. I figure with the 70-200 & TC I may need to use the mono just for stability purposes. Or maybe not. The Site
