This week was notification week. A good friend of mine had to layoff a couple of his guys and he got hammered today. I don't know why managers can't just be more forthcomming and let folks know as soon as they have been identified. Cowards I guess. I always broke with that HR mandate and told my folks as soon as I new. Gave them a two month headstart looking for a job while they were still working. HR always frowns upon that.

I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Off to bed. I went to the concert, had a coffe with friends, we ended up in a bar with other friends and then pub/club). Damn, and here I was gonna go sleep early!
