oh that's okay Wool, we think most of your comments labe you as a kook ;)

j/k woooly

oh and TD, we saw the CWW's at Eagle marsh. One thing I've noticed about the cww's...they are NEVER in the same place twice. When I go back to look for them, they are never where they were.

That sounds like a dilemma for Doctor Wu.

that looks like a locust!!! Holy moooo....what is it?

Good question. From the sound, I thought it was a cicada (sp?). It looks like a giant grasshopper. I'm sure someone will know for sure.

Wool, I LOVE this shot!! Very beautiful. I've had the same thing happen, but have never ended up with something this fantastic.

This shot is one of the reasons I never dump shots off a CF card until I see it on a big screen...I knew the focus missed the second I hit the shutter...but the results seem to have captured several peoples attention...so I am quite happy with the outcome. Thanks!

I put the 5D on the green zone and let my sister take a shot with it. She took a self-portrait (in my glasses). Can you say "vacation mode?"

Here's one I took of her collecting shells yesterday. (she's on the far right of the frame)

Oh, yeah. Serious vacation mode. Hey, clean up that beach when you're done. It's a mess.

I thought you'd like that Riley!

You know the logo goes completely against my grain. But I really liked the way it fit. It's one of those flex-fit hats that actually fits my ginormous melon (size 8).
