OK, here are some shots from my camera. You know, the little toy Fisher Price camera.....

Wow, those don't suck.

;)
Nice job. Especially when you consider you didn't have to mortgage the house for the FP 30!

Hi all -- hope TD survives the Tejas beaches. Having spent a significant amount of time in Galveston, I can attest to the the "unusual" materials that tend to wash up on the Gulf Coast. :p

Purty boid shots, Cap'n. (And I loved the TR sidetrip to Starbucks back a couple days  ). Wandered around the Nisqually Wildlife Refuge for a while on Saturday, but my most interesting shots were of frogs and a robin. Not very exciting :( , but it was a nice walk.

Went motorsport shooting for the first time today. There was a historics meet at a track about half an hour from here. I think I took somewhere in the neighborhood of 500 shots -- 450 made it past chimping onto the laptop -- and 400 passed the test of being in reasonable focus and including a recognizeable portion of a car. :D Loved the 100-400 -- though it was heavy enough to make me think about a monopod. Might make it easier to work on my panning that way, too.

For those interested in seeing what a non-motorsport photographer does when he shoots motorsport, see my thread in the Motorsport forum.
