I hadn't heard about the american flag thing. The TV product almost sounds like Tivo which is what we have in the states.
You're in the states? Why does your location say Guam?

Very awesome though i've never had it personally. :P It's like the Tivo, but it won't try to predict what you'll like, which is a massive bonus for the Tivo. By the way, how is everyone tonight, today, tomorning? hey, next time ask her if she's a canon shooter Woolburr wrote in post #3473711 I think the nut job that thinks cows mooing is criminal should be locked in a box with the idiots here that think flying the American flag is advertising and therefore illegal. Pretty sad when cops are called away from dealing with robbery, rape and murder to handle mooing cow and flag flying complaints. I couldn't watch the video (don't have the plug in on my mac) but people are crazy. When we moved in to our house 2yrs ago, we saw no sign of the railroad. In fact it's 2 blocks away off towards the more remote part of town (we live right on the edge of town and love it)...anyway, the first night we were here we practically jumped out of our beds because of the train whistles....should I sue the railroad? we learned to live with it and now rarely notice the trains...how could anyone be so anal about cows? I can't believe the owner was cited... Extirpate wrote in post #3473805 I'm in Guam but from the states. I'm in the US Air Force and got stationed here. My husband could have retired 2 years ago if he'd stayed in...we always think about that, as he's slogging off to work at 4am...and think about how hospital stays cost us $25 and now even with "insurance" they are astronomical...and how medical and dental was so much cheaper...yeah...hindsight and all. I don't know if son is going to stay in either but he's thinking about it for those reasons. .. It's Permie's world, we just live in it! ~CDS

You should do photo ops for us here...I've only seen Guam in the old photos of my grandfather's when he was stationed there in WW2. Mostly he was shirtless with a very big gun .. I really like my job but it's becoming more administative which i don't like. I know what you mean about wanting to stay in, i already know a few like that that have gotten out and thought the civilian lifestyle would be far different. I think it's just the sudden change to do what your told and do what you want. John Thompson

The second one may be a bit dark but not too much. I can see the details just fine on my monitor. It's a lovely place. Do you hike much around those hills or does the humidity prevent much exertion? .. It's Permie's world, we just live in it! ~CDS
