Not in the whole of the UK - now, take Manchester ;) (I'm kidding, well kind of)

Anyway OT I know, but this thread in the WF amused me no end -https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=346598 it gets so agressive so quickly!

It's silly, because many of the users are really nice, but they just wind each other up.

I'm booked! London Wed 10 Oct - Wed 17 Oct. Yaaaay! Haven't been in London since I left in April 2003. About time! And my friend says I can crash at her place. :) Wow, getting excited here! I want to go to my old haunts and take pics! Richmond, Kensington, Clerkenwell and of course the touristy stuff. And I want to eat in China town, at Nandos and pick sushi from conveyeur belts. :D

Oh... that was / is an interesting thread  Like hearing that some of them like to tell guests with SLRs that they are not allowed to take pictures... reason, because they might take better shots than the hired photog... Please... if I go to a wedding as a guest, I'm taking my camera with me, and I will take photos whether the hired pro wants me or not.

Yep. Just above my shed. He's a bit irked because I just moved the bird feeder out of his reach...

Quite - as a wedding shooter starting out (albeit with a seasoned pro), I just can't imagine saying that people can't use 'professional equipment' - who defines what is professional?

pick sushi from conveyeur belts. :D

I used to live near Richmond (Chiswick) and I love the place.

I shop in Kensington and visit the museums, another place I love

I used to work in Clerkenwell and can not think of a single reason why anyone would want to visit as a tourist :-)

There is a sushi place near me that offers "All you can east sushi" for £10 at lunchtime. I am convinced they slow down the conveyer belt when they see me walk in.
