Its almost as if the sushi/sashimi guys run in and get all the good ones and everyone else fights over the bluegill. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

We seem to have two tiers, great fish and horrible fish. Great fish gets broiled, grilled, marinated, eaten raw or somehow done up right. The rest goes into Micky-Dees fish sandwiches and Artie-Tees.
