The cricket is still here....

We are going to import my favorite movie lizard to go cricket hunting. A little critter named Gorgo....he should clean up the cricket problem in short order...even the imperially marching ones.

That is the whole idea...after all...PP is the one that introduced us to the mega-cricket...now it is time for him to meet some friendly competition...that is a rung or two higher up the old food chain.

Hello all.. I have been busy, well sort of.. got to work this morning spent about three hours getting ready for the huge rush of people that somehow never showed up. At about 9:30 the formerly horrible boss lady asked who wanted to leave between me and two other guys.. I told her that if she let me leave I was driving down to the valley in my oh soo sexy uniform right now.. so, somehow she did. I was gone within about twenty minutes.. ofcourse I had to call my cousin and give her a heads up and then I hung out with my friend waiting for the christmas eve/ family reunion to start.. made a bit of an entrance.. I got to watch my uncle's play Santa teased the three year old about Santa giving her carrots and having pink hair saw everybody I wanted to see. including my now ninety year old great uncle.. and then hi-tailed it back up the mountain. I have to work in six hours but, I somehow got my own way.. I suppose now this means i'm going to have to get a 11x14 print done for the boss of my sunset shot from a couple months back that she liked.... heck, i'll even have it matted and buy a frame.. I actually got to go home.. :D :D .. I think I sound like Dorothy but, oh well.... Merry Christmas all!!...

This is quickly turning into one of those mid-50's Japanese thriller flicks.

Nope...this is self-preservation...this dang cricket is getting too big for his own good...so I did what I had to do to protect my best interests. "Crickets roasting on an open fire."

Well, All, I will leave you now to head off to bed. The Christmas Eve meal is making it so that I cannot stay awake much longer. Merry Christmas to all, from great to cricket.

Merry Christmas Sari...there is a Santa...Isn't there?;)

absolutely.. But, Santa is busy so Papa LA drives Papa Pat around the neighborhood wearing the Santa suit they found at the thrift store eight summers ago and listen to kids tell them what they want for christmas.. There was a big drama today when Pat's wife forgot to buy the candy canes.. I do have a theory that they have more fun than the kids... :D :D ..

And...quite possibly...so did you;)

And that is what Christmas is all about. Sharing, caring and making the world a better place...all in the name of peace and a special baby.

Night all...I have a couple more chimneys that require some personal attention. Don't forget to leave out the milk and cookies if you haven't already had a visit...peanut butter are the favorite....and if you remember a carrot or two...Rudolph and the boys will be most appreciative. Merry Christmas gang. Peace and good will to you all!
