Can't believe how clean that ISO 1600 is on the 5D.. it looks unbelievable, better than ISO 400 on my 350D. Hardly a hint of noise anywhere.. you need to pixel peep and LOOK for it to find it. I always used to avoid ISO 1600. Well.. no more. Definitely no more.

From what I've seen the ISO 3200 was pretty clean. That camera is soooo tempting, but I must resist for now.

The kids left a couple hours ago. Miss them already, but the nap was nice!

A nap sounds wonderful. I'm all alone here, too. :(

That is SO sad! (had a similar photo frustration but not quite that bad)

Hehe
I did think about taking selfportraits, my hair is washed & all that. LOL
I'm debating if I can be bothered to get out of bed & put on make up, set up tripod etc though. Too lazy!

I do have tons of ideas for G&N shots I'd love to take of some men & women in the future though. Just need models!

I have the same problem. I had a marvelous model lined up but could never get things lined up while we were still talking. I still have those shots in my head. wow!

Wu, you & I are destined to wander around with unfulfilled shooting sessions.

I have a bunch of ideas, but no models. I bet that when I finally get hold of models I will realise I don't have the equipment, knowledge & talent. LOL

ROFL! I fear the same thing.
Not often I want to shoot people anymore, but this would have been sweet.

I did try out a few of my "belly" shots last night. had a few come out ok. didn't have the lighting i wanted. was going to shoot some in silhouette with early morning sun in the stairwell today but the card error scared me off. Would be better if angie were a bit bigger too. but they found 3 or 4 they loved!

June 2nd is National Bubba Day. Really. I just read it. Thought you'd want to know. Carry on.

My favorite holiday is April 14- Pi Day. I also enjoy celebrating Groundhog's day. I'll add Bubba day to my list of celebrations this year to spice things up
