I think it depends on heredity, level of activity, and metabolism. As a teacher, I see a lot of obese kids every day. And while I struggle a bit more these days with maintaining my weight, I don't have a huge problem with it. I'm a lot like my father, who was always slender. I put on some extra pounds after I quit smoking, but I needed to as I was underweight. I'm tall, so I'd like to stay at 135 but keep myself toned.
