Yes, he looks legit, but the reason I ask is that he asked me a question that no one else has asked before. He wanted me to give him a good feedback in e-Bay and also indicate that I have received the item already...he has not even shipped it yet!

Ask him why. I bet this is it. Then assure him that you will leave positive feedback after you receive the item and verify that all is in order. Paypoo and feeBay are quite the dynamic duo; especially since feebay owns paypoo.

I did just that. I assured him that he will get feedback as soon as I have received the item. I told him it is kinda like me asking him to send me the item and leave me a positive feedback on e-Bay saying he has received money from me when I have not paid yet. No response from him yet.
