Umm...I like them both...but I think the Portra is definitely a lot more flexible. You can pretty much shoot it however you want and get good results...basically film for dummies. With 400H I need to pull at least 2 stops...sometimes even 3 in deep shade to get the look I want and sometimes that can be a major hurdle...but I still love 400H in the right situations. _______________

Seems like a fair price to me, I'm sure you'll find some interest -Abram-

I'm never going to shoot this thing and its just taking up space on my desk. Condition is very clean. I'll be honest...I've never actually shot a roll through it since I bought it...so I can't say for sure that there are no issues with it...but the meter and rangefinder seem to work, the shutter seems smooth and accurate by my rough approximation and the seals look to be in great shape. Prices for these things on eBay are all over the place...so I don't really know what a fair price is. I think I paid around $70 for it...and would like to get that back if possible. Sorry for the iPhone photos. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() That's a nice and capable camera with a fixed length lens. I took some photos here Some simple photos

I'd like film to regain some popularity so that they stop discontinuing certain brands, but I kind of assume the final ship has sailed - which means a surge in popularity could mean higher prices and harder to find film. But we'll see. I could easily see it used for artistic purposes but for event photography like weddings, birthday parties, etc. You just can't beat digital. Photographer

I still have mine as well, including both lens adapters. I believe one was for telephoto, and the other for wide angle. The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.
