Just dropped off 8 rolls of 120 & 35mm at Pro Photo today I should have them back tomorrow :)
Can't wait to see the results from the Hasselblad!

Random question - were you at Mission San Juan Capistrano a few weeks ago (Sunday, 8/12)? I was there doing an engagement session and a guy that looked kind of like you was shooting with a Hasselblad.

Haha no that wasn't me, but how funny I've got a doppelgänger!

I'm close to that area now though I just moved to Aliso Viejo.

Thanks for noticing "me" ;)

I got an order for around 120$ of different films, both 120 and 135 film at B&H. Kodak, Fuji and Ilford.

I have zero experience with Efke and Agfa film. Worth trying?

I've got a good deal of Agfa film over the years and I always liked it, though admittedly my experience was limited to old stock that had since expired. (an old roommate's father used to work for agfa and gave us a huge stockpile of old film. It was seriously insane how much he gave us)

I've never tried any Efke film personally, but I've heard rumors swirling about their potential demise, so if you're gonna try it. Try it now ;)

Anyone know what the fate of Kodak's film line will be yet?

Here's a few random polaroids from my recently acquired 600SE. Color is Fuji FP-100C and b&w is FP-3000B.

Gotta love QUALITY instant prints! I mean the Lomo / Impossible Project / Hipster / Super "Retro" stuff is fun and all, but I'm still of the attitude that I prefer legitimate quality in my images :D

Didn't know you could buy black and white Polaroid film.

Yea man...me too. I love the 127mm lens on that 600SE...pretty sharp and it's nice to get some dof with a Polaroid. I'm really having fun with it.

FP-3000B is awesome man...Super fast low light instant film
with hardly any grain. I've only shot one pack but so far I'm REALLY impressed with it.

Yah, looking at your photos I'm impressed that those came from a Polaroid!

So with Kodak selling its film business, is it too soon to become a hoarder?

Ha! I just hope Kodak sells to someone who actually cares about and understands film. Ilford would be an ideal candidate in my opinion...having all their awesome b&w films and Kodaks color films under one roof would be amazing.
