In my experience Delta 400 looks grainier than other T-grain 400 speed films. Embrace the grain. It is a lovely image.

I've never had this issue with it. Usually my Delta 400 in 120 looks more like a 100 speed film in 35mm for me. This image looks more like what my Delta 3200 looks like in 120. I must have done something during the developing process to cause this. I'm going to photograph her again in the future so I'll give it another shot.

I'm not able to set up my own developing station where I'm at currently.

Can anyone recommend a place that does well with developing? I mostly shoot 135 B&W, like Delta or T-Max 400, pushed to 1600.

I tried a place that ruined 2 rolls and blamed it on my camera, so I shot a test roll in the same body and sent it out through RiteAid without issues, so I'm not going back to that lab (that I already forgot the name of).

Where are you located?

I've sent to IndieFilmLab, Northeast Photographic, Willow Photo Lab, Panopticon Imaging with some good results.

Out and about with the AE1P and the RB67, both loaded with HP5+ and developed with HC110 (B)
The abandoned house was with the AE1P, my scanner hates 35mm negatives. I keep getting blurry scans. I need to work on focusing the tray. But the medium format stuff looks good, same scanner. HPG4050. Very old, I'm saving my lunch money for the V850.

How did you like Northeast Photographic? They're currently down for renovation but I'm planning on sending them some color and black and white as soon as they open back up. Their prices are great!

Good job, your colors look pretty accurate to me. :-)

The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.

I recently got my AA in school so Santa brought me a mint condition Nikon F3! I also got the DW-3 waist level which is really cool, but takes a little getting use to. Please ignore the slightly crooked finder on the photo, I did fix it!

The first photo was shot on Delta 3200. I metered it for f2.5 but accidentally shot it at f8. Underexposing it gave it a lot of grain which I like. I'm going to start doing some experimenting with slight underexposure now. The second image was shot on Delta 400 @ 800.
