Underexposing it gave it a lot of grain which I like. I'm going to start doing some experimenting with slight underexposure now.

Uh oh, it seems the bug has bit. :-P Having musicians around to shoot doesn't hurt either. ;-)a

The Captain and crew finally got their stuff together, now if we can only remember where we left it.

I shoot musicians all the time but rarely use film.... Maybe I should start.

I was shooting a concert the other night and the camera was rubbing against my hip as I carried it. Obviously it moved the dial. I shot the next 10 or 20 shots at f13 before I realized it. I was shooting wide open at f4 and ISO 5000!!!Duh!!!!!!!

has anyone tried the new ektacrome? I have never shot with that type of film. Is it any good and worth trying?

I'm heading to drop my first roll of Ektachrome off at the developer this morning. I should have it back this afternoon and start scanning it this evening. From what I've read, it is supposed to give very accurate colors.

I just scanned my first slide from the roll of Ektachrome 100 I shot. So far, I like it but I've always had a hard time getting the colors right when I scan slides. I can never get it to match with the slide looks like when placed on a light box. I'm starting to think I might get better results if I photograph the slide with my dslr and my macro lens.

Just cleaned up my Minolta X-700 and popped in a new battery. Found that I had 4 rolls of film shot, and am now using the 5th. It's like a time machine because I have no idea what is on those rolls. I enjoy the 5D Mk3, but I can't describe how excited I am to shoot the film again.

It appears the RB 67 still delivers quality images. :-)
